Our carrier onboarding process is customer-driven, and new carrier requests are only considered when initiated through the appropriate channel.

The most direct path: if you are a carrier seeking to join the ProShip network, your shared ProShip customer must submit the request on your behalf directly to their assigned Strategic Account Manager (SAM). Requests submitted through this channel will receive priority consideration.

Carriers may also submit interest using the form on this page. However, please note that in order to be considered for the onboarding process, all of the following requirements must be met at the time of submission:

• One or more shared ProShip customer(s) must be identified
• Technical documentation for your API and manifesting process must be available
• The carrier must agree to cover all associated development fees

Submissions that do not meet all three criteria will not be advanced through the onboarding process. We appreciate your interest in the ProShip network and will respond to qualifying inquiries in a timely manner.
